When the state average is achieved, the amount will not decrease below that level. Not more than 1% per year increase will be required as the state average increases. 3. If your local did not complete its 2010-2011 grant project within the 2010-2011 school year in which the grant was awarded, a letter must be written giving the date you intend to complete the project. This letter of intent must be received by November 4, 2011 (the letter should be sent to the NWOEA Office), if your local wants to be eligible for grant money in the 2011-2012 school year. If the above documentation requirements are not met, the local will be ineligible for a Public Relations Grant for one year.
