A. Technology as a Learning Accelerator- John Mansel-Pleydell, NWOCA West Instructional Service.
Where are you on your technology journey? Let's go further together! In this session attendees will explore a variety of strategies to integrate technology into their classrooms. Please bring your own electronic device!
B. Building Representatives…the Heart and Soul of a Union- Todd Jaeck, OEA Membership Consultant
Building representatives wear many hats! Members come to them with questions, problems, and issues they need help with. Representatives help their fellow educators across their district to improve the education of students and the working conditions of members and much more! In this session, we will discuss how the role of the building representative has evolved and share key information building representatives need to know to be a successful building representative. This session is designed for all current local building representatives, both new and seasoned!
