Dear Local Presidents and Council Chairs,
We would like to take this opportunity to announce the NWOEA Graduate Memorial Scholarship for $1,000. This scholarship process is open to all NWOEA members pursuing graduate study in the education field, excluding administration.
You will find a scholarship application here. The application form may be reproduced as needed, or members may contact the NWOEA Office at 1-800-366-9632 to receive a scholarship application. You may also print a copy of the application from the NWOEA web site at www.nwoea.org. Applications are due back to the center on Monday, February 1, 2010. The finalists will be interviewed on Monday, March 8, 2010, and the recipient will be recognized at the NWOEA Representative Assembly on Thursday, April 15, 2010, at the Findlay High School in Findlay, Ohio.
The Northwestern Ohio Education Association is glad to assist members, who are involved in their associations and are pursuing their education goals in the field of teaching.
